Kartu Kredit Sudah Terdebet, Lazada Batalkan Pesanan

Pada tanggal 11 September 2014, saya melakukan pembelian 1 unit ponsel Xiaomi secara online melalui website Lazada dengan nomor pesanan 309388768 dengan pembayaran menggunakan kartu kredit CIMB Niaga.Berdasarkan konfirmasi email, pesanan saya dinyatakan diterima dan saat ini sedang dalam proses verifikasi.
Sampai tanggal 17 September 2014, status pesanan juga masih belum berubah "Your order has been successfully placed and is being verified", padahal status pembayaran kartu kredit telah terdebet.
Dan setelah konfirmasi melalui telepon ke customer service Lazada, ternyata pemesanan saya dibatalkan tanpa alasan yang jelas. Padahal pembayaran telah terdebet pada kartu kredit.
Saya sangat kecewa dengan Lazada yang memutuskan pembatalan secara sepihak tanpa konfirmasi. Padahal saya sangat mengharapkan pengiriman barang atas pesanan saya tersebut untuk kado ulang tahun adik tercinta.
